To develop renovation and repair prospects in specified regions through personal contacts, direct mail programs, referrals, and other marketing efforts. To respond to interested project customers by determining customer needs and matching those needs with FBi capabilities. Set expectations for properly prepared building addition sites with customers. Review project satisfaction with customers.
Develop and recommend, with Service Team Manager’s assistance, specific sales forecasts, and marketing plan.
Develop lead sources in the region through past customers, influential community leaders, open houses, etc.
Qualify all opportunities that are passed on from the sales coordinator. Contact all opportunities within 48 hours of the initial call. Communicate status of opportunities back to sales coordinator.
Discover customer needs and match those needs with FBi capabilities. Participate as needed in the design process with the design department. Provide all project specifications and drawings to the customer per presented solution as needed.
Field customer objections, close sales, or follow up with the next appropriate step in the sales process. Complete project purchase agreements in full. Collect down payment.
Educate and advise customers in acquiring all necessary building/lot information to complete local, county, or state permit requirements on small building additions and pre-construction expectations.
Upon completion of the project, monitor final payment and confirm complete satisfaction of the customer.
Maintain regular contact with customers and other departments as needed.
