Project Manager

Owns and directs the execution of Division 20, 30, 40, and 50 projects, and is responsible for delivering sold contracts through completion according to contract terms. Owns all contract communication and decisions, making the best choices while considering every department of the organization as well as the customer. Works directly and collaborates regularly with the Safety Director, Sales Team, Design/Engineering, MTO, Crew Management Team, Purchasing, Truss Plant, Dispatcher, Field Crew Foreman, other project managers, and respective customers to drive safety, project performance, customer satisfaction, and purchase agreement commitments. Must manage and facilitate the schedule board by ensuring that sold projects convert into ready work and produced revenues. Schedule six to ten crews consisting of up to six men each, to ensure completion of building projects in accordance with the contract documents’ terms.
