Cultivate interest in selecting FBi Buildings or Summit Livestock Facilities as the preferred supplier of choice, identify new building opportunities, and build customer loyalty. Protect and serve the prospect by providing valuable contacts and correspondence throughout the opportunity contact plan and customer cultivation processes. Make proactive outbound calls following the contact plan to identify business opportunities, generate referrals, and advance the sales process.
Reactive Response to Inbound Inquiries
Answer inbound phone calls to identify customer’s needs, generate referrals, grade leads, enter opportunities. Handle all mail, fax, email, & web chat inbound inquiries, identifying building needs, new opportunities, grading opportunities
Complete literature fulfillment requests as needed
Set appropriate course of action and expectations with prospects and customers
Assist Marketing Communication Assistant with daily answering of the main phone system
Minimum high school diploma (College degree or class work completion preferred)
