Project Developer

Service existing and potential customers by handling all inbound phone, e-mail, direct mail, & web chat inquiries. Cultivate interest in selecting FBi Buildings or Summit Livestock Facilities as the preferred supplier of choice, identify new building opportunities, and build customer loyalty. Protect and serve the prospect by providing valuable contacts and correspondence throughout the opportunity contact plan and customer cultivation processes. Make proactive outbound calls following the contact plan to identify business opportunities, generate referrals, and advance the sales process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reactive Response to Inbound Inquiries

  1. Answer inbound phone calls to identify customer’s needs, generate referrals, grade leads, enter opportunities. Handle all mail, fax, email, & web chat inbound inquiries, identifying building needs, new opportunities, grading opportunities
  2. Complete literature fulfillment requests as needed
  3. Set appropriate course of action and expectations with prospects and customers
  4. Assist Marketing Communication Assistant with daily answering of the main phone system

Proactive Outbound Calls

  1. Make calls, send letters, and/or e-mails according to the timing requirements of the customer cultivation processes
  2. Probe to understand hurdles and appropriate next course of action
  3. Identify timing needs of next contact
  4. Identify any needed action to help facilitate the buying process
  5. Complete literature fulfillment requests as needed
  6. Set appropriate course of action and expectations with prospects and customers

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database Administration/Maintenance Criteria

  1. Ensure smooth transition in hand off process
  2. Ensure completeness of data in the customer cultivation processes
  3. Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM Database
  4. Regular accurate reporting of database contents and key metrics

Regional Sales Support

  1. Consistent conversation with PSC’s to update opportunity stages, status, and strategy for AOH calls
  2. Support PSC’s by making AOH calls on time and probing to understand next actions
  3. Understanding of the LGM, Qualify Deeper, & Filter Processes and able to fill out properly and completely
  4. Execute the Filter Process

Behavioral Traits for Success

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A sedentary position requiring manual dexterity to operate machines and handle documents; visual acuity to type and read.

Organizational Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Inside Sales/Customer Engagement Manager.
