Inside Project Sales Consultant

Job Summary

The Inside Project Sales Consultant is responsible for handling certain new leads as necessary primarily via phone. This position will be working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment that requires maintaining focus, paying attention to detail, and servicing customers in a manner that upholds the FBi brand.

Essential Functions:

  • Discover Customer’s needs
    • Understand the details about a customer’s potential project
    • Dive deep with thorough questions to understand how to best help customers
  • Develop Building Drawings and Quotes for Customers
    • Utilize drawing and estimating software to develop project proposals
    • Protect FBi through detailed estimates that set the project up to win
  • Advise customers of pre-construction site expectations
  • Field customer objections, close the sale or follow up with the next appropriate steps in the sales process. Complete the building purchase agreements in full. Collect the down payment.
  • HubSpot (CRM) detailing of Customer progress
    • Ensure completeness of data in the CRM; customer information and phone notes
    • Maintaining organization of and detailed notes for new leads
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or at least 2-years working in Customer Service preferred
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sense and respond to callers needs
  • Must be willing to be a team player
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Must be driven, competitive, and enjoy selling
