We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that wants to be a part of something solid and growing. You will assist in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The position will report to the Director of Marketing and support our sales & marketing team to drive the growth and quality of marketing qualified leads.
Job Description The Digital Marketing Manager plans and executes digital marketing execution and optimization of performance marketing channels including website SEO, SEM, email marketing, retargeting, social and online advertising campaigns. Plan, design and execute demand generation programs to deliver qualified leads via paid and organic channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager should have an effective comprehension of modern marketing tools and strategies. He/She will be engaged in developing the organization’s multi-channel communication strategies as well as managing the day-to-day digital marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage digital campaign assets, landing page development and content, and tracking that support direct response marketing strategy.
Evident experience managing SEO/SEM, PPC, IP programmatic, re-targeting, marketing database, email, and social media.
Collaborate with marketing team partners to develop new paid search campaign content and messaging to achieve business objectives.
Optimize and expand paid search strategy across product lines.
Management of bidding strategies and optimization of PPC on Google, Bing, and more.
Research and identify keyword and targeting opportunities in the paid search channel.
Continuous A/B and multivariate testing of campaign messaging and landing pages.
Leverage buying segments and customer personas in campaign strategy.
Evaluate and drive qualitative KPIs through continuous improvement and optimization.
Champion digital best practices and KPIs across regions.
Utilize CMS (WordPress & HubSpot) and Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) to create landing pages, emails and related assets.
Manage auto-responders and follow-up communication for digital touch-points.
Ability to write ad copy, landing pages, value propositions, subject lines.
Repurpose and develop content when needed to fill campaign gaps and testing.
Manage marketing and demand gen campaigns in salesforce.com.
Oversee lead management and review for digital campaigns.Special website and digital projects as assigned.
Manage budget and optimization of the PPC spend across multiple platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
3+ years of digital marketing experience in multiple channels including search, email, social, and content marketing with recent pay per click management and search optimization experience.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy for B2B lead generation.
Experience driving digital advertising campaign performance.
Strong desire to innovate and test new opportunities and strategies.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with personas and buyer’s journeys.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Analytics, and HTML.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS with WYSIWYG functionality.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven reasoning and knowledge of web analytics tools.
Working knowledge of HubSpot and CRM (Sugar or Salesforce).
Preferred working knowledge in project management fundamentals.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Strong business acumen and writing/verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to work under ambiguity and operate with minimal oversight.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
