FBi Buildings, Inc., is a post-frame design and self-perform construction company serving agriculture, livestock, and commercial/industrial markets in the Midwest. Having built thousands of farm storage, farm shop, dairy barns, beef monoslope structures for cattle confinement, industrial rental projects for investors, horse barns, and pole barn storage buildings for suburban landowners and hobby farmers.

Since the founding of the business in 1958 by Edwin A. Bahler, FBi Buildings has led the post-frame industry in innovation, quality and responsiveness by maintaining centralized control over the entire process from planning, design, engineering, manufacturing, sales and construction. This provides total accountability for quality and enables FBi Buildings to respond quickly to customers' needs. The Do Right, On Time with excellence has allow FBi Buildings to have grown steadily throughout our history and now employ approximately 200 employees who build approximately 700 post-frame building projects each year.

In 2011, FBi Buildings launched Summit Livestock Facilities brand to better serve the needs of customers requiring livestock confinement structures and related facilities. The current offerings of Summit Livestock Facilities include upfront consulting services, facilities design, and construction services for livestock facilities including monoslope beef barns, gabled beef barns, dairy free stall barns, calf facilities, manure storage, hay and commodity storage, and anaerobic digester buildings.

For many years, FBi had a separate division that specialized in building churches. In 2003 this division became known as Aspen Group. Now a completely separate company with offices in Chicago and Indianapolis, Aspen Group provides single-source, architectural and construction solutions for churches.
