 Compared to many of the buildings the Service Team works on, this one didn’t look too bad on the outside. The real problem lurked inside, where time and nature had taken their toll. Several posts were rotted through and roof leaks were jeopardizing other parts of the framing. After making the necessary repairs to the wood posts and framing, the dated, yellow exterior was freshened with new steel in a more contemporary color combination, including a wainscot. New overhead doors also perk things up. Last, but not least, an overhang was added to the roof giving the building a substantially classier look.
