Frame Building News Crew Foreman of the Month Can-do attitude makes Nelson integral to FBi team "FBi Buildings is fortunate to have a number of hard-working and committed employees. Dave has worked with FBi Buildings for the past 13 years; first as a crewman, moving quickly to a leadman position, then advancing to crew foreman in 1995," Wesftall says. "Although the road to becoming a successful foreman has had many challenges, he has always approached obstacles with confidence and without complaint." Dave's ability to build people has been instrumental in the promotion of three of his crewmen to foreman over the past six years. FBi management considers Dave an integral part of their team and look forward to his continued success. "Having confidence in your field crews to consistently build quality buildings and meet deadlines is very important to project managers," Westfall continues. "Dave has earned the confidence of his project manager due to his commitment to quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer service. "His high standards and hard work in these areas have led his crews to Builder of Excellence and Quality awards over the past few years. These awards are given to crews meeting specific criteria for production, efficiency, and callbacks." Because of his ability to make the construction process an enjoyable experience, a number of past customers have requested Dave's crew for their second and subsequent buildings. In honor of these achievements, Dave is recognized as "Crew Foreman of the Month" for August and will be considered for the honor of "Crew Foreman of the Year."
